Online registration is now open for the 3rd ICRST.
The city of Hiroshima, Japan will be hosting the 3rd ICRST.
We invite you to join us and rediscover the power of your profession.

Registration Fee

For International Participants

The 3rd ICRST registration fee is waived for overseas participants who register online.

For Japanese Participants (including JSRT members)

Registration is shared with the 45th Autumn Scientific Congress of JSRT. Personnel who do not register for the 45th Autumn Scientific Congress of JSRT will be charged with the following registration fees:

  • JSRT member JPY: 10,000.-
  • Non-member JPY: 20,000.-
  • JSRT student member JPY: 1,000.-
  • JSRT student non-member JPY: 3,000.-

All fees are accepted in Japanese Yen.

The third ICRST registration staff will be located inside the entrance hall, first basement (B1) of the Convention Center, Hiroshima,: Saturday, October 21 / 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Do I need to pay registration fee?

The 3rd ICRST registration fee is waived for overseas participants who register online.

How do I register to attend the 3rd International Conference on Radiological Science and Technology?

Visit our Online Registration System and follow the prompts to complete your conference registration.

I have already registered for the 3rd ICRST. Is it necessary for me to go to the 3rd ICRST Resistration Desk?

Yes. Please print out your confirmation email and bring it to the 3rd ICRST Registration Desk.

I am no longer able to attend the 3rd ICRST. How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel your registration, notice must be sent in writing from the registered attendee using one of the methods of contact listed below.

Once registration has been cancelled, the registrant will not be able to re-register using the online registration system, but will have to contact the office in order to register.

Do all presenters and session participants have to register for the 3rd ICRST?

Yes. All attendees, including individuals scheduled for the 3rd ICRST program, are required to register in order to participate in the 3rd ICRST. This includes authors, speakers, presenters, panelists, participants, organizers, secretaries, and any appointed volunteers. You MUST register for the 3rd ICRST if you plan to participate in any session. 
Please note: You have already registered and paid the appropriate registration fee in order to participate at the 45th Autumn Scientific Congress of JSRT. You are not required to register for the 3rd ICRST.

How do I edit my name badge?

To edit your name badge, please sign into the Online Registration System to access your Registrant ID.  You will be able to update your name, affiliation and country of origin. Be sure to click on the [CONFIRM] and [COMPLETE] buttons to save your profile changes.

How can I access the 3rd ICRST Attendance Letter?

The attendance letter for the 3rd ICRST will be available after the conference has been concluded. We must confirm that you attended the conference before we provide this type of documentation. Please check this website after the conference for step-by-step instructions.
